"Pedal Against Drugs" Pedal Pulls are held at each UPOC event on Saturday evening.  Registration takes place between 5:00 and 5:30 pm.  The pedal pullers hit the track at shortly after that.  Youngsters in three weight categories (40 - 50 lbs., 51 - 60 lbs., 61 - 70 lbs.) are invited to compete. The NTPA contributes annually to the national "Race Against Drugs" program.  Three winners, from each of our Pedal Pulls, will have the opportunity to travel to the North Carolina State Fair in October to compete for the "Pedal Pull State Championship".  For more information about R.A.D. visit them on the Web at www.raceagainstdrugs.org.
